"Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? is a general knowledge television quiz programme that started in the United Kingdom in 1998 and has now been exported to over 100 countries including the USA, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South Africa and Saudi Arabia; making it the most popular television programme in the world. Nigeria is the 104th territory."

This is currently one of the most interesting tv show in Nigeria. It is being aired nationwide on national tv NTA and is also syndictated on other private tv stations.

The tv host is Frank Edohor. He has been doing a good job of the show. Infact he is one the reasons a lot of people watch the show. With a good command of the english language and a particular knack for keeping the participants and the audience on the edge of their seats in his rich sauve voice, he has been a delight to watch any day.

The questions are general knowledge questions and is opften interspersed with a local knowlege questions which makes it all the more interesting and enlightening. There are often questions about the local tribes in Nigeria; their music, culture, language and places.

The participants are always of different characters from the very intelligent ones to the downright 'stupid'. The audience often share in their tense moments especially when the questions are somewhat tricky. Sometimes, we are yelling the answers at them right through our tv sets.
